The staff were excellent, cooperating and exceptional when we had questions. the location was really convenient, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the 11 South bus stop.

My stay at City House was a pleasant one. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with Taksim Square and airport buses just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax. Despite a few minor inconveniences with the bathroom and towel, the overall experience was positive. The staff, particularly the two Mohameds, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated their assistance and their dedication to ensuring a great experience for guests. Though there were a few small issues, the positives of my stay outweighed them. I would recommend City House for its convenient location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.
